    Cheney is a committed title industry professional who loves making a positive impact in people’s lives during some of their biggest and most emotional milestones—buying homes or navigating challenging sales. She started Premier Partners Title with a clear mission: to elevate the reputation of the industry by prioritizing communication, exceptional customer service, and training her team to go above and beyond in finding solutions to make closings seamless. Outside of work, Cheney enjoys gardening, painting, and cherishing time with her husband, Cyrus, their daughter, Eleonora, and their two playful pugs, Garbanzo and Pinto.

    Licensed Title Agent / Managing Partner

    Mike is passionate about people and deeply values relationships. He has an extensive background in overall business efficiencies and particularly customer service believing that treating others the way you would want to be treated is foundational.  He strives to create a work environment that is open, empowering, and enjoyable for everyone involved. He has a deep desire and commitment to help his team and their industry partners to achieve their personal and professional goals. When not working he enjoys golfing, hiking, gardening, and reading. Mike is happily married to his wife, Kimberly, and has two adult sons and a highly energetic puppy, Winnie.

At home, she shares her life with her husband, Matt, two lovable dogs—Hazel, a chocolate lab, and Luna, a black lab—and a fascinating collection of eight frogs, one toad, and two salamanders. A proud fan of the University of Georgia, Rachel cheers, "Go Dawgs!" with enthusiasm.
